Handling the Ball Below Your Stance

Here is how to handle a ball below your stance.  Sole the club to establish both your swing plane and posture.  Stand closer to the golf ball.  Move the ball a bit more forward in your stance from where it would normally be in a level lie.  Widen your stance, pigeon toe your feet and flex your knees into the hill.  Finally, make a three-quarter swing concentrating on keeping your balance throughout the swing.  The ball will tend to fly right of the target.
